CHRONOS Hardware 4.0 is FIS-homologated as a timing device under number LYM.T277.26 (valid until 2031) and, with the external printer, measures to 1/10,000 of a second. The device only delivers the timing impulses – at start, split or finish. All the logic is in the software: assigning bib numbers, calculating run times, creating start lists and rankings. That's why there is nothing to set up on the device, and every impulse remains stored – even if something has to be corrected later.

Simply connect existing photocells and start gates from other manufacturers – we supply an adapter for banana plugs. To print times, connect the external printer via Bluetooth (BLE). The timing devices can be integrated flexibly via our API or RS232.

Choose country and race type – the rules of ÖSV, DSV, Swiss-Ski and FISI are already built in, so there's nothing to look up. Simply drag in the Skizeit entry file, a points list or an Excel list; Lympik Race recognizes the format itself. Classes, start groups, the draw according to the rules and bib numbers are done in a few numbered steps. The draw is transparent and can be verified by the jury. The start list for the second run is created automatically from the results of run 1 – for example with the top 30 in reverse order.

On race day, one screen shows you who starts next, who is on the course and who crosses the finish. Timing impulses are automatically assigned to the right bib numbers – even when several racers are on the course at the same time. If something went wrong, click the time and assign it to the right bib: you correct it in one place, and it applies everywhere. DNS, DNF and DSQ with gate number are set right there. Every impulse is saved instantly – after a crash or power failure, the race is back when you restart. Installation requires no drivers and no admin rights.

The ranking is created live during the race – overall and by class. Print start and results lists directly. Create the results file in your federation's format with one click: Skizeit, DSV, Swiss-Ski, FISI and FIS. Beforehand, Lympik Race checks that everything is complete and tells you in plain words what is still missing. For club races there are also time handicaps, categories, team rankings and different scoring modes.
